New Generation Publishers mails all by U.S. Postal Service. If you need faster delivery, simply call us at 319-352-4396 and indicate your shipping needs. Please note that while standard postal shipment is included in the sale price, faster delivery methods and costs are the responsibility of the customer. Should you have trouble receiving your package, simply let us know so that we can work to ensure your receipt of the product.
Returns
All returned merchandise must be in unused, salable condition. Returns must be made within 4 weeks of purchase. If your purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit that account. Please allow 3 weeks for return credit to be processed to your credit card. If your purchase was made by cash or check, we will issue a refund check.
If the materials are defective or damaged, whether by manufacture or shipping, please call us at 319-352-4396 and we will be happy to mail you a replacement product.
